PLATEAU VALLEY HOSPITAL DISTRICT BOARD MEETING MINUTES
July 7, 2005

Board: Helen Spence, Denny Holmes, Bob Wilson, Frank Wanger

Other: Nathalie Ames (landowner), Shawn and Richard of Golden Villa Homes
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER BY HELEN SPENCE, PRESIDENT, AT 1503.
1. Meet the landowner
- The landowner brought a sheet of land lease terms in response to the concerns brought up by our lawyer. These terms were reviewed. A couple of concerns were brought up that need to be checked out with our lawyer.
- Nathalie and Shawn reviewed the issues brought up by the County Planning Commission. They explained new layouts of the property to address rights of way, sidewalks, and turn lanes. An overhead power line will need to be relocated.
- Nathalie will pay to get the water and sewer to the building.
- The original quote for the building was not available at the meeting, but Shawn thought it was $140something and did not include sprinklers.
2. Look at the Property – Not done.
3. Nathalie, Shawn, and Richard left at 1620.
4. The Board continued to discuss what was needed on the agenda for the next regular meeting to give ample time to address the Mesa Clinic and funding as well as leasing rooms at the Collbran Clinic.
